" The interior of a luxurious penthouse, located in one of prestigious residences of the Principality of Monaco, and with a unique view of the port and the prince's palace.
The main idea was to create a status modern interior, on a combination with elements typical of the nautical style, which gave this interior a unique image. " The dominant location is the main valuable and the distinctive feature of this penthouse.
Spacious terraces on two levels allow to enjoy the view and all the events in Monaco from the front row.
"Everything is in details" - one of the main principles which shaped the interior. The delicate combination of textures and forms - makes this interior multi-layered and refined.
Decorative wall panels in walnut veneer finish and in genuine leather create an elegant base. Dark wenge profiles in these panels add contrast and create a feel of a modern yacht.
During the reconstruction of this penthouse, was carried out a work with load bearing structures. It allowed to create a large open space of living room and dinning zone. Through large sliding windows, interior connects to the terrace, which visually increases internal volume.The interior has a restrained harmonious color palette, which makes it relevant beyond time and fashion trends. Natural materials emphasize the status of the interior, and the monochrome interior is compensated by a complex combination of textures and finishes: the soft leather is combined with the waxed wood, textured fabric - with the smoothness of marble.

Modern art such as paintings and sculptures had to be presented in the interior. Every piece were chosen by Client and had found its place. Niches and partitions were specially planned for them, taking into account dimensions and color characteristics of each art piece. This allowed not only to create accents, but also to harmoniously "introduce" art objects.The curved lines in the furniture details and lamps soften the rigid geometry of the interior architecture and boiserie panels, creating a play of contrasts.
The interior's space was created using built-in furniture and panels designed by NG-STUDIO especially for this project. It allowed to fit all necessary requirements for storage systems, while creating while creating a visually harmonious space.

In the dining area there are showcases behind sliding wooden panels, it helps to hide their contents and keep the interior visually "clean". A sliding door from Rimadesio allows, if necessary, to separate the main space of the living room from the private area.
The table and chairs by Annibale Colombo support the smooth lines of the chandelier by Rugiano.

The master bedroom has access to a spacious terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the port of Monaco.Original and bold hand-made lamps Sigma L2 "dilutes" the severity of the interior, being in their own way, sculptural forms. Their metallic finish bases, support the color palette of the painting.
The refined interior of the master bedroom with its linear graphic style is the base for a bright picture, which creates a necessary dominant accent.
The geometric pattern of the carpet echoes the vertical stitching on the doors of the chest of drawers by Giorgetti,
and the use of panels in walnut veneer with its more linear design, creates a graphic pattern on the boiserie panels.The restrained color palette of natural materials, makes this interior elegant and refined. The concept of smooth shapes continues in the headboard of the Giorgetti bed and bedside tables by Ceccotti.Elements of yacht design have their own presentation in the master bathroom interior, as a logical continuation of the concept as a whole.
Despite the size of the bathroom, all requested bathroom sanitary fixtures were placed and storage systems were designed. Also was installed a spacious shower cabin, in addition with an integrated steam generator system and a control system by Effegibi - it uses as a hammam.Meticulous work on details: a profile of the tabletop with a built-in metal profile, ribbed marble panels, high-quality fittings - all this emphasizes the level of this interior.The built-in vanity furniture has an impressive storage system: the frame not only decorates the whole composition, but also has built-in cases for bathroom accessories on both sides. The veneer finish on fronts of drawers at 45 degrees, supports the same design of the wall panels in the master bedroom.The wardrobe is divided into a variety of functional zones: open areas for hanging garments, shelves for bags and accessories, and a spacious shoe storage system. Every niche is meticulously designed — from shelf height to lighting orientation — to provide both convenience and visual harmony. The use of common techniques in design, the delicate combination of shades and textures gives the interior integrity and harmony. Exclusive design solutions used for an author's furniture and for a decoration of walls - emphasize a uniqueness of this interior and a high level of its implementation. Extravagant handmade lamps by Sigma L2. The use of common decorative elements in various interior items, which were selected especially for the project, as well as a work with textile - makes the interior integral and complete.Continuing the overall concept of the bedroom - the bathroom's interior based on a neutral color palette, using natural textures of stone and wood. The main wall was reserved for the composition of furniture for storing bathroom accessories, which includes spacious wall cabinet which hides behind doors with marble fronts. And a module with drawers for a sink and a mirror. All furniture designed by NG-STUDIO. The kitchen, custom-designed to complement this interior, embodies the concept of understated luxury and impeccable organization. Every element — from the cabinet fronts to the handle profiles — was individually developed by our studio and executed with bespoke precision. A seamless entrance to the kitchen is hidden behind wall panels finished in natural veneer. Integrated appliances and concealed storage maintain clean, uninterrupted lines, while soft lighting enhances the atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The tactile wood texture pairs effortlessly with minimalist white and graphite surfaces, achieving a balanced and architecturally cohesive space.“Everything is in the details” encapsulates our design philosophy. Every panel, joint, and proportion has been precisely calibrated to align with the geometry of the space. We didn’t merely design an interior — we integrated it into the architecture to create a unified and harmonious experience. One of the project’s key challenges was the integration of multiple doors in the hallway. We resolved this through hidden constructions: doors are concealed behind wall cladding, preserving the clarity and rhythm of the design. Exclusive materials, their combination and an attention to details - all this emphasizes a status of the interior. The walls are decorated with panels in leather in combination with walnut veneer and an outstanding Dedar textile on wardrobe's doors. 
The guest room continues the architectural language of the residence, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The entrance, discreetly set behind walnut veneer panels, maintains the visual integrity and clean lines of the space. A soft, transformable sofa easily converts into a full sleeping area, offering both comfort and elegance. Built-in wardrobes are subtly tucked behind wooden façades, marrying functionality with visual lightness. A combination of semi-gloss wall panels in natural veneer finish with a matte texture of suede, a natural textile and colorful accents - creates a unique and cozy interior. The contrast between light upholstery and dark framing enhances the room’s geometry, adding depth and dimension. Warm walnut wall tones echo the flooring, creating a unified and tranquil atmosphere. Natural fabrics, soft drapes, and carefully chosen decorative elements complete the refined and welcoming setting.The interior of the guest bathroom based on the main design approach - a contrast timeless combination of natural materials. Bespoke furniture allowed to provide a necessary storage space, and also helped to increase an overall functionality. Original free-stand marble sink - by Antonio Lupi. The upper level of the penthouse features a spacious terrace designed for open-air relaxation and entertaining, framed by panoramic views of the sea and the Monte Carlo harbor. A bespoke metal structure houses a sauna with panoramic glazing, offering uninterrupted views. A bioclimatic pergola with tinted glass provides adjustable shade and protection, adapting to different weather conditions.At its heart is a minimalist stainless steel monoblock kitchen — a balance of elegance and utility. One of the project’s greatest logistical challenges was the delivery and installation of these structural components at the building’s highest level, which was achieved through precise planning and on-site assembly. A modular lounge area invites effortless adaptation, from peaceful mornings to vibrant sunset gatherings. Green flooring and curated plantings enhance the terrace’s sense of serenity and seclusion.The terrace encircles the penthouse, extending the interior outward in a seamless visual and sensory flow. The concept draws inspiration from yacht design — clean lines, natural textures, and an overarching sense of freedom. Warm-toned flooring and wall panels, nautical-toned textiles, and sculptural furniture with woven details evoke the feeling of a refined maritime journey. This open terrace becomes a true extension of the home — a luxurious, private haven equipped with lounge seating, a dining area, and integrated architectural lighting for all-day comfort.Every detail — from material finishes to textile choices and landscape design — was curated to create an ambiance of refined intimacy. Natural textures, premium materials, and a soft color palette highlight the space’s elegance without competing with its most stunning feature: a panoramic sunset view over Monaco’s harbor and the Mediterranean Sea.
