The main idea was to create a status modern interior, on a combination with elements typical of the fusion style, which gave this interior an unique image. "

The central focal point of the dining area's interior is a spiral staircase designed in a minimalist style, seamlessly connecting the two levels of the space. Its smooth lines create architectural dynamism and establish a visual rhythm within the interior.

Special attention was given to decorative accents and art objects — they emphasize the character of the space and add a sense of individuality. Vibrant art pieces become decorative focal points that enliven the minimalist environment.

The main emphasis is placed on the wall with an artistic textured relief, decorated with illuminated decorative glass panels. The interior is designed in a light, airy color palette, complemented by warm accents in the form of soft armchairs upholstered in a terracotta shade.

The open living area is designed in keeping with the overall style of the villa's interior. Sleek furniture in warm sandy tones harmonizes with the gray and graphite shades of the walls and cabinets, creating a visually comfortable and elegant atmosphere.

The zoning is achieved through the arrangement of upholstered furniture groups. A spacious sofa in a neutral shade forms the core of the composition, while velvet armchairs in a caramel hue add warmth and coziness. A central panel made of milled marble highlights the area with the bio fireplace and balances the library composition. All built-in furniture was custom-designed by NG-STUDIO.

The illuminated bookshelves serve not only as functional elements but also as decorative features. Accents in the form of bold art pieces add individuality and a touch of light-hearted irony to the interior.

The home theater area is designed in a soft, neutral color palette featuring natural textures and materials. Wall panels finished with veneer conceal the storage system, while vertical slats introduce a sense of movement and visual depth, emphasizing the room’s architecture. A wall panel depicting a bull in rich colors adds an artistic focal point and injects energy into the interior, reinforcing the concept of contemporary art.

The built-in furniture was custom-designed by our studio and integrates seamlessly into the overall interior. The TV area is minimalist and functional, featuring a sleek console and concealed storage systems. Unique armchairs and a round sofa create a comfortable seating area for watching movies and socializing.

Natural materials, tactile textures, and dark wood accents create a balance between modernity and natural warmth. The indoor terrace, featuring a wall-mounted waterfall and green compositions including coniferous plants, enlivens the minimalist interior and introduces an element of Eastern character.

This project is a striking example of how architecture can be brought to life anew by preserving the building’s original structure while transforming it into a stylish, functional, and inspiring living space.

An elegant walkway with curved glass railings hovers above the dining area, creating a sense of visual lightness and architectural dynamism. Soft lighting integrated into the wall panels of the dining area highlights the textured wall finishes.

At the end of the hallway, a vibrant painting serves as an accent piece, providing an emotional conclusion to the route. This walkway connects the open social area of the house with the private zone, maintaining a balance between openness and privacy.

The guest bathroom, accessed from the living room, is concealed behind wall panels finished with wood veneer. It follows the same neutral color scheme as the rest of the interior. The dark tone of the veneered cabinet fronts visually expands the space. Warm shades of natural stone, matte surfaces, and wood textures emphasize its elegance. All built-in furniture was custom-designed by the studio.

Special attention is drawn to the feature wall with an original artwork — a depiction of a French bulldog in pop art style, which adds character and vibrancy to the calm interior.

The centerpiece of the study is a sculptural spiral staircase that sets the tone for the entire space and serves as an architectural focal point. A graphite accent wall highlights the staircase’s spiral form and enhances the visual depth. The workspace features a sleek writing desk and a curved dresser, paired with a mid-century modern designer chair. Interior details—such as a striking pop art painting of an astronaut, a sculptural chrome-finished dog figure, and live greenery—create a subtle balance between futurism and homely comfort.

The spacious and light-filled entry area is designed in the spirit of a “modern gallery,” where every detail makes a statement.

At the heart of the composition is an art piece — a sculpture of a gorilla holding a Hermès barrel. Its bold colors and pop art vibe immediately draw attention and set the tone for the rest of the home.

The main focus of the private wing is on clean lines, textured materials, and thoughtfully designed lighting. Special attention is given to spatial zoning: the integration of a lounge area with designer armchairs and coffee tables allows the bedroom to function not only as a place for sleep but also as a private space for relaxation and reading. Panoramic glazing visually expands the room and fills it with natural light.

The interior places special emphasis on the selection of refined natural materials with expressive textures. Wallpaper, textured upholstery, and textile décor create a rich tactile environment that invites comfort. Natural wood flooring, silky carpets, and soft accents highlight the premium quality of the space without overwhelming it.

All built-in interior elements—from spacious wardrobes and the walk-in closet area to decorative wall panels with vertical slats—were custom-designed by our studio.

The color palette is composed of calm, neutral tones, allowing the accent elements of the interior to stand out effectively. The interior is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail: a double sink allows two people to use the bathroom simultaneously, while numerous built-in storage systems ensure efficient space organization. The furniture is custom-made and seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the room, giving the interior a cohesive and polished look.

A transparent glass partition separates the spacious shower area, featuring a rain shower and finished in natural marble.We used natural stone, warm wood, and matte surfaces to convey a sense of harmony and natural purity. All materials were carefully selected for their durability and moisture resistance.

The freestanding bathtub is positioned against a decorative wall made of milled marble and is visually connected to the bedroom, creating the effect of an open wellness area. This design transforms the bathroom into an integral part of the private living space while preserving the necessary sense of intimacy.

The private SPA area is a refined blend of functionality and minimalist aesthetics. The interior is dominated by calm tones, soft textures, and clean geometric lines. The restrained yet expressive design highlights the high quality of materials and the thoughtful attention to every detail.

The SPA complex includes a sauna enclosed by glass partitions with striking lighting, as well as a spacious shower area and a restroom.

Harmonious lighting integrated into the architectural elements creates a soft, relaxing atmosphere. Warm light gently diffuses across the walls and ceiling, visually expanding the space and adding a sense of comfort. Built-in storage systems and work surfaces are made from natural materials with expressive textures, emphasizing the organic feel of the space.

The bedroom is designed in the overall style of the villa—a contemporary aesthetic with fusion elements that blend elegant minimalism with bold accents and unconventional design solutions. The interior features a light, warm palette dominated by shades of beige, ivory, and gray, creating an atmosphere of comfort, purity, and tranquility.

On the opposite wall, a built-in desk with pull-out drawers and decorative vases with dried flowers is placed. This element maintains the overall fluidity of forms and softness of lines, while also serving as a vanity or workspace. There is no excessive decor above the desk—preserving the clarity and simplicity of the space.

The main focal point of the room is the bed, featuring a soft, rounded headboard upholstered in a fabric that complements the wall finishes. Pastel textiles and decorative pillows enhance the sense of softness. At the foot of the bed stands a stylish bench with voluminous, textured upholstery, matching the color palette of the bedside tables—both crafted from natural wood with gently curved forms.

A large window with sheer and blackout curtains opens onto a private terrace with wooden decking and colorful designer furniture. Woven chairs in vibrant shades and a compact coffee table on the balcony create an additional outdoor relaxation area.In designing the walk-in closet area, both the geometry of the existing space and ergonomic principles were carefully considered. All available space was dedicated to organizing storage systems. The wardrobe fronts were designed in keeping with the overall interior style—smooth lines of veneered panels emphasize the fluidity of the existing ceiling.

Vertical strips of dark mirror combined with rounded textile-covered profiles not only indicate the position of the doors but also create a visual rhythm in this area.
All materials were selected with a focus on sustainability and visual comfort—wood, natural fabrics, matte glass, and soft textiles come together to form a harmonious space where every detail is thoughtfully considered.

The private bathroom space is designed in a warm, light color palette dominated by natural shades of wood and stone. Every element is carefully considered and seamlessly integrated into a unified architectural ensemble.

The striking glass shower enclosure with a ceiling-mounted rain shower and built-in fixtures appears sleek and high-tech. Nearby, an elegant freestanding oval bathtub with a wall-mounted faucet is complemented by a built-in shelf and integrated wall lighting.

The use of smooth textures, natural wood veneer panels, and genuine marble highlights the premium character of the space. The integrated storage system and minimalist hardware keep the interior clean and free from unnecessary elements.

This guest bedroom is designed in a contemporary style with minimalist elements and a focus on comfort and coziness. Light tones, soft curves, and high-quality materials create an atmosphere of calm and warmth, making it an ideal retreat for guests.

The interior of this villa is not just a designed space, but a finely tuned instrument that responds to the rhythm of nature and the lives of its inhabitants. Here, every material is selected not only for its color and texture, but also for the mood it conveys. We aimed to create an atmosphere that doesn’t tire over time — a backdrop for life in which one can dissolve without losing oneself. A place where there is room for silence.
